BOYSS PETROKİMYA INDUSTRY AND TRADE INC. respects the protection of the personal data of our valued customers and we would like to inform you within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No 6698.

1. What is Personal Data?
Within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law, personal data refers to all kinds of information about the real person who is or can be identified (“Personal Data”).

In all Personal Data processing operations conducted by us, we act in accordance with all liabilities and principles set forth in the applicable legislation, mainly including the Personal Data Protection Law and we take all necessary security measures so that your Personal Data can be securely processed. We have given examples below for your Personal Data which is processed by us:
Personal Data You Provided to us: Full name, date of birth, Turkish Identity Number, phone number, email address, photos, video recordings transmitted through the surveys and within our agreement and all kinds of other Personal Data you have shared with us by any means through the abovementioned channels.
Other Data including the Automatically Collected Personal Data: Your Personal Data automatically collected through automatic search machines, image and voice recording devices, Cookies and other means.
Other Data including the Personal Data Collected through Other Means: Your Personal Data such as the updated delivery address information, account information, purchase, page viewing information; search terms and search results, paid listings (i.e. Sponsored Links) which are shared by us based on your previous consent given to social media, our business partners, suppliers and other persons.

4. For Which Purposes Do We Process Your Personal Data?

As a rule, we process your Personal Data upon your explicit consent. However, your Personal Data can also be processed without your explicit consent in the exceptional circumstances as permitted by the Personal Data Protection Law (Personal Data Protection Law Articles 5.2 and 6.3). 5. For How Long Do We Process Your Personal Data?
Your Personal Data will be processed in any case as long as the abovementioned legitimate purposes are valid in accordance with the times deemed to be obligatory in the legislation on the protection of the Personal Data mainly including Personal Data Protection Law and other legislation accordingly.

6. Transferring Your Personal Data to the Third Parties and/or Abroad
In case there are processing goals which do not require your explicit consent above, your Personal Data can be transferred within the country and abroad mainly including EU countries, the United States, the United Kingdom, OECD countries, India, China and Russia with the third parties who promote us in the areas of storage, archiving, information technologies (server, hosting, program, cloud computing), security and call center, the Group Companies which cooperate with us and/or provide us with services, business partners, supplier companies, banks, financial organizations, consultancy companies in the fields of law, tax etc. and other associated parties and authorized institutions and organizations where the transfer is required for the purposes set forth. Additionally, provided that your explicit consent is obtained, your personal data can be transferred to the Group Companies within the country and in the abovementioned countries pursuant to your explicit consent, and to the third parties who provide marketing and sales support and who can process personal data pursuant to your explicit consent. Furthermore, in case BOYSS PETROKİMYA SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş.  assets (including but not limited to the brand, domain name and other commercial business constituents) are sold partially or wholly, your Personal Data can be transferred to the third parties inside and outside the country including the transferee real or legal persons, their shareholders, business partners, intermediaries, consultants to the extent it is required for the transfer, they can be processed being limited to the necessary evaluation by those third persons during the process and the transferee party can continue to process your Personal Data as they become the controller of the assets along with the Personal Data connected to those assets pursuant to your explicit consent.

7. Your Rights with regard to your Personal Data arising from the Personal Data Protection Law and Our Support as the Data Controller
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to consult to Company Name and;

- Request related information if your personal data is processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the intended use,
- Know the third persons to whom your Personal Data is transferred inside and outside the country,
- Request correction for your personal data in case they are processed incompletely or inaccurately,
- Request the deletion or destruction of your Personal Data if the reasons for processing your Personal Data are no longer available to be evaluated within the purpose, time and legitimacy principles,
- Request reporting to the third parties to whom the Personal Data is transferred in case of any correction, deletion or destruction of your personal data,
- Dispute any consequence which is against you in case your Personal Data processed is exclusively analyzed by automatic systems, 

- Request recovery from loss in case you encounter loss due to the illegal processing of your personal data.

Within this framework, you can fill in the Application Form above and send your requests about such rights to the following e-mail address. You should send your Application Form to our email address with kep extension to be given to you by secure electronic signature or with wet signature and the documents identifying you to our email address given below or through notary office.  Company Name will finalize your requests free of charge as soon as possible and in maximum thirty (30) days following the delivery of the related documents. In case any cost incurs due to the fulfillment of your requests, we might only demand the fees in the tariff set by the Board of Personal Data Protection.
