What Is Anti Slip?

The majority of fall accidents occur due to wet and slippery floors. By applying ANTI SLIP solution to such floors, this problem that threatens human health and safety is eliminated.

ANTI SLIP effectively eliminates slipperiness when the floor is wet and dry by filling the invisible gaps on the surface without affecting the appearance, aesthetics and beauty of the patterns. ANTI SLIP swells when the floor gets wet and prevents slipping. The application is not a coating method, the solution is invisible in contact with the surface and provides a long-lasting effect.

WHAT ARE THE SURFACES AND AREAS OF ANTI SLIP USE?

ANTI SLIP USAGE APPLICATION INSTRUCTION

Anti-slip treatment of any stone floor. Note: When the floor consists of natural stones (marble / granite), always perform a demo application in a small section first.

ANTI SLIP is applied on floors where it is dangerous to walk on when wet. To make a floor non-slip, you need step 1/3 and step 2 products.

ANTI SLIP STEP 1-3 - STEP 1

1) Clean the floor from dust (also remove any varnish or coating on the floor)

2)Clean the floor with step 1/3 (1 litre of step 1&3 and 4 litres of water), pour 50% of the solution onto the floor, then scrub the floor with an upholstery brush or electric cleaner. The remaining 50% of the solution will be used later.

3)Use a squeegee or wet vacuum cleaner to remove the solution from the floor, rinse the floor thoroughly with clean water and leave to dry.

ANTI SLIP STEP 2 - STEP 2

4)Here we use step 2 undiluted. Step 2 can be applied by means of a pump spray, glass cloth.

  • Step 2 product should be diluted in 1/2, 1/3, 1/4 ratios according to the type of floor (1 kg step 2, 4 kg water). Very Important: Do not pour Step 2 directly on the surface and after preparing Step 2, it should be used by pouring it into a bucket and squeezing the cloths well. After deciding on the dilution of Step 2, apply it to the floor with glass cloths with back and forth movements in the direction of the arrow, if it is to be discharged with a pump, it is recommended to be used in a pulvarised manner. (do not destroy step 2)
  • Timeline: 10-15 minutes for natural stone and porcelain surfaces 5-10 minutes for polished or unpolished ceramic tiles 20 minutes for concrete and terrazo.

ANTI SLIP STEP 1-3 - STEP 3

5)Now, pour the remaining 50% of step 1&3 onto the surface without destroying step 2. Rub the floor so that step 2 will close the pores and neutralise. Remove all solution and rinse the floor with clean water. NOW THE

SURFACE IS NON-SLIP, YOU CAN FEEL THE RESULT.

  • Usage: With 1 litre of PLAS ANTI SLIP (1 litre step 1&3 +1 litre step 2) you can apply on an area of 10-15 m2.
  • Maintenance: Floor cleaning should be done with cleaners that will not leave any residue behind. Therefore, do not use polishes, coatings, polymers, crystallising materials etc. on a floor where PLAS ANTI SLIP is applied.
