Application Fields Base
Plastic/polymer industry: Used in domestic/industrial cables, drip irrigation pipes, automotive cables, garbage bags, grain bags, warning tapes for underground facilities, etc.
Mechanism of Action: Rodent repellent plastic raw material paint contains chemicals that emit unpleasant odors and highly bitter compounds that rodents dislike. This unpleasant odor deters rodents from biting polymers containing this additive. Even if they bite the polymer once, they will avoid biting it again due to the very bitter taste.
Recommended Dosage: In the finished product with LLPDE, PS, PBT, or other polymers, 3-4% paint 4o mini.
Processing Stability: Stable up to the processing temperature of polymers.
Ecological & Toxicological Properties: No eco-toxicity. Toxicological data are not available, but none of the components used have shown chronic toxicity.There are no indications of carcinogenic, mutagenic, or teratogenic effects.
Shelf Life: 24 months from the production date, when stored in a dry place at room temperature.
